Windows 格式化功能 30 年未更新，原開發者：臨時方案沿用至今

Windows 改朝換代，從 Windows 3.1 至到 Windows 11 超越 30 年，就算「記事本」App 都更新了，但有個 App 到現在 30 年沒更新過，就是 Windows 格式化。
